i-mode is a webservice for wireless handhelds using the HTTP-protocol. i-mode is used for viewing paid content and e-mail on handhelds suited for i-mode.

i-mode is developed by NTT-Docomo in Japan and is offered via KPN in the Netherlands. Vodafone offers Live with similar possibilities.
