Numotion Web 2.0 Project MethdologyOur project approach is designed for effective web 2.0 project realisation, process management and training. We distinguish six projectphases with milestones. As such you can monitor and control progress. Duration of each phase depends on your needs and past initiatives.

1. Inventarisation

Musthaves and wannahaves and strategic goals are defined. Target audience, functionality, sitestructure, webdesign, the editorial proces, training and support will pass the revenue.

2. Project Definition

Based on the inventarisation a project plan wil be created that covers project approach, desired results and responsibilities. Functionality and graphical design will be refined and the publication process wil be blueprinted.

3. Design

In this phase graphical and functional design will be developed. These will be leading for the project after acceptance. During this phase initial content will also be developed.

4. Development

The website will be developed and workflow/roles are configured. Initial content will be added and existing content will be migrated. After evaluation possible refining will take place. This phase ends when the website is being deployed and accepted.

5. Training

Your webeditors are being educated. The need for education depends on the knowledge of the user. Basic knowledge of MS Word is sufficient.

6. Support

After deployment and education you may want to use our support services. Numotion provides custom support programs for your specific needs.
